When we first work together, we’ll take a deep dive into your health concerns, goals, and personal history.
We’ll focus on assessing how your body responds to your current diet and lifestyle, digging into why your body presents with the symptoms you have and how we can address the root cause.
From there I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated Treatment Plan to achieve full body wellness, often combining nutrition, supplementation, herbal medicine, lifestyle choices and more.
